Utilizes knowledge of sales techniques, company products/services and general industry knowledge to provide sales and customer service support to both retail and contractor customers. Troubleshoots order processing issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Uses customer calls as opportunities to provide information about features and benefits of company products and service

Under direct supervision, represents the company by providing sales and customer service; generating sales by gathering data on customer needs and design specifications. Acts as a company liaison between inside design staff, production staff and customer in developing sales proposals. Spends majority of daily activities away from employer's place of business making sales
